I'm JOHN, and I'm deeply connect with shower head since I was born, In the 1980s, China's reform and opening-up had a profound impact on Cixi -- a small county. My family began to engage in the production of plastic products. After several changes, shower heads became the main product in this village, and almost every family was manufacturing the shower products. It was in such an environment that I was born and grew up.
The production process of shower heads has been repeating over and over in my brain: My father used his limited knowledge of molds to create a mold for the shower head and fixed it on the injection molding machine. The light yellow primary products came out from my father's hands, and then, they were sent to the electroplating factory in the neighboring village to get a shiny coating. Finally, my mother assembled these parts with screws and rubber to form a complete shower head.
In 2020, I founded NINGBO HUANYU SANTIARY WARE CO.,LTD, began to connect with foreign customers directly . We have the salt spray tester, shower head life tester, shower head flow tester , rain beam tester, hose broken tester to establish the standards of a good shower head. We have 4000 sqm warehouse to stock the shower head, so we could do the inspection unhurriedly to be sure the quality.
Fortunately, we are recognized by many famous brand customer from Poland, Russia, Mexico, India, Italy, Turkey, Israel and so on. They start from small initial order, then step by step, give us more and more chance to make the order bigger and bigger.
Next, we will reform our family factories to make them produce stable products more standardly, change the current way----high-frequency quality inspections, to control the quality o from the source directly----Mould design, Standardize production flow.
I believe, although we are small family factory, we can produce high quality shower head. And hope we can help these small family factory convert their way of producing to be a strong screw in the bathroom field!
