For shower hose, mainly two kinds: S. S hose and PVC hose. For S. S hose, most is Polish and chromed, but we could also provide black and white hose for choosing. For PVC hose, we could provide almost all kinds of PVC hose with very good price!

Our products raw materials including: ABS plastic are mainly from Zhenjiang Chimei and LG; Stainless Steel comes from Fujian FDIC(Fortune 500 companies in China-285), and the TPR comes from SINOPLAST.

We have 240 injection machines and 7 package machines. Each Packing machine can pack 5000 showers, 4000 hoses and 3000 sets per day. Our equipment will be regularly maintained to operate efficiently, therefore, no matter the quantity we strive to complete the production within 30 days.

Do you know how we control quality in the production process? From raw materials to shipment, our products will be inspected after each procedure. First when the products come out from injection machine, second when the goods finish chromed, finally to check the water leakage! How about the unqualified rate of the products you received before? If we find those problems in the inspection, we must replace the product, If the quality is unqualified, we will discard it and then repair the mold.

We also have strict requirements on the packaging. We have many types of packing, such as: Babble bag, Head-card bag, Blister, White box, Color box and so on. The carton we choose double corrugated, which has better sturdiness. In the warehouse, to prevent the goods from getting wet, we will put the goods on the pallet.

We have some ways to make you to sure that the goods are ready. Like take photos, take videos or when your order more than 40FT, we can broadcast live through WeChat Or WhatsApp, and randomly open the box for inspection according to your requirements.
